 The ground level has a pool table, wet bar, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, TV with DVD player, full bath, washer and dryer, indoor pool room with safety camera and alarmed doors. The hot tub is on the private deck area outside the pool.
Middle level is the location of the homes 4 bedrooms each with a TV/ DVD player. Always Sunny hosts two master bedrooms. A King bedroom with private bath & jet tub, a Queen bedroom with a private full bath room, Queen bedroom with door to covered front deck, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds with trundles. The third and fourth bedrooms share a large full bathroom in the hall.
 Top level features a spacious kitchen, kitchen bar with seating for 3, large dining room table with seating for 10. High chair. Pool monitor screen.
